Chakras are the psycho-spiritual points in the body which influence the endocrine glands, various internal organs and the propensities of the mind. Kundalinii is the spiritual force latent in all human beings. In this presentation Dada explains how we can use the knowledge of chakras and kundalinii to reach higher states of consciousness and bliss.
